Q. [exchange/refund] How are refunds done?

A. Credit cards: After the credit card company makes the finalized statement, the following month, the credit

card company will input the refunded money into your bank account.

(This might take around a week for the request to go through the credit card company.)

Purchase without a bankbook (Virtual Bank): The refunded money will be transferred into the recorded bank account within 1~2 days.

(If you didn’t record the bank account number for refunds after purchase, you must contact the 1:1 forums or customer service)
